3. Project assessment

Every proposed structure is project-specific. Suitability depends on matters including location, dimensions, loading, exposure, supports, foundations, fixings, drainage, ventilation, fire strategy, access, intended use and applicable approvals.

Qualified structural, planning or other specialist input may be required before manufacture, supply or installation.

4. Estimates, prices and quotations

Prices, examples, calculators and estimates shown on the website or provided during early discussions are indicative unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing.

A quotation is not automatically a binding acceptance of an order. A binding commitment arises only when Arch Span confirms the order in writing and any stated deposit, required technical information and necessary approvals have been received.

Before a binding order is confirmed, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in steel, transport, currency, taxation, specifications, quantities, site conditions, programme or scope.

5. Customer-supplied information

You are responsible for providing accurate dimensions, location, intended use, support details, access information, drawings, photographs and other requested project information. Arch Span is not responsible for consequences caused by materially inaccurate, incomplete or withheld information.

6. Planning, regulations and approvals

Unless expressly included in a written agreement, the customer remains responsible for obtaining planning permission, Building Regulations approval, landlord or landowner consent and any other required permission.

7. Intellectual property and trademarks

Website text, designs, graphics and original material are owned by or licensed to Arch Span Ltd and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

ABM®, Automatic Building Machine® and K-Span® are associated with M.I.C. Industries, USA. Arch Span Ltd is independent and does not claim to own M.I.C. patents or to be an authorised M.I.C. dealer, agent or official representative.
