Successful mobile production requires careful coordination before the machine, materials and construction team arrive on site.

1. Project Definition Confirm the intended use, dimensions, location, programme and required level of enclosure.

2. Site and Logistics Review access, working space, lifting equipment, utilities, storage and local transport.

3. Materials Planning Coordinate steel grade, coating, thickness, coil supply, quantities and delivery programme.
